From its origins as a club for UNSW students, the UNSW Touch Club has evolved into a family club encompassing students, alumni, juniors and the general community. The UNSW Touch Club is home to players of all skill levels, from participants in its Monday night social competition through to representative players representing at the highest levels, including their region, state and country.

The UNSW Touch Club has teams that participate at University Games, Vawdon Cup, Junior State Cup and Senior State Cup throughout each year. The club has continued to grow and currently has a junior development program with teams at both Vawdon Cup and Junior State Cup, three representative women’s teams and three representative men’s teams. As the club has grown, so too has our success, most recently with our 2018 Division 1 Men’s team taking out both the Vawdon Cup and State Cup titles.

Our Values

We pride ourselves on our club being a family. Many of our players joined the club through participating in university games and have continued to play at a representative level for many years. We welcome and embrace players of all ages, backgrounds and levels of experience with open arms.

Our representative teams balance hard work and training with fun, teamwork and club-focused social and bonding events which have resulted in   success. We strongly encourage supporting all of our teams, with our players attending games early and staying late to watch other teams in the club each week.
