The Club is covered by 2 insurance providers – one by the University (ACE Insurance) and one from Touch Football Australia (Sportscover).
Process
To make a claim please complete the Personal Accident claim form (available from the website) and forward it to the address below along with your invoices, receipts and relevant documents.
The last page of your claim form must be completed by an authorised staff member (e.g. Head of School, Academic Supervisor, School Administration).

Members of the UNSW Touch Football Club are covered for injuries sustained during participation in our Social Competition, University sporting events (such as Unigames and relevant training sessions) and representative events/tournaments (such as Vawdon Cup, State Cup and relevant training sessions).
Process
- Report the injury to your Affiliate and obtain and complete an Injury Report Form.
- Provide a copy of the completed Injury Report Form with a photocopy of the game sheet with record of the injury, to your affiliate; as well as a copy for yourself.
- Lodge a Claim Form Request directly with Sportscover within 30 days of your accident or injury occurring by calling 1300 134 956 or via sportscover.com/claims.asp.
- Lodge additional documentation as required by Sportscover.
